Special Needs Programs include child care referrals (including confirmed vacancy checks) , technical assistance for parents and caregivers plus caregiver access to loaned equipment/toys specifically designed for special needs children.  The Council is your community resource for all early care and education issues, programs and business start-up.  WE DO THAT!

Care for infants/toddlers, preschool, pre-k, full-day kindergarten, wrap-around care and school-age summer program. Staff is trained to empower and celebrate children of all abilities. Teachers stay with same group of children through age 3; internet monitoring helps parents be part of their child’s day; fingerprint recognition enhances security. The center is on the Pieters Family Life Center campus.
