National Museum of Play at The Strong

Come play all day at Upstate New York’s largest year-round family attraction! More than 150,000 square feet of extraordinary exhibits invite you to stroll through Sesame Street, walk down the Yellow Brick Road, play your way through the history of video games, meet the Berenstain Bears, attend Super Powers School, run a kid-sized supermarket, and more. The museum is the home of upstate New York’s only live indoor butterfly garden, the National Toy Hall of Fame®, and the world’s largest collection of dolls, games, toys, and electronic games. Enjoy a spacious food court, operating 1918 carousel and indoor train, and two museum shops.
