SUMMER Drama Develops Kids! Whether destined for the stage or the boardroom, Drama Kids prepares children and young adults to speak up clearly with confidence putting them on an easier path for lifelong success. Whether your child is new to drama or wants to further develop their skills, Drama Kids Summer Camps challenge each student. All sessions are one week in length and end with a performance on Friday. Campers ages 4-16, join us for a week of air-conditioned Drama Kids camp either at St. John Fisher College the week of June 25-29, OR at Roberts Wesleyan College the week of July 23-27, 2012. Adventureland! Ages 4-5 from 9:00-11:30 AM for $95. Our young campers will explore new adventures each day visiting places like an African Safari and a Rainforest. Unleash the creative energy in your child and introduce them to the wonderful world of dramatic fun as only Drama Kids can deliver. Must be potty trained. Campers perform from 11:15-11:30AM on Friday.

Best Friends Forever! Ages 6-11. Choose Half Day 9AM-12Noon for $105, OR Full Day 9AM-4P for $199, or Extended Day 8:00AM-5:30 PM for $245. Our campers bring to life a “best friend” keepsake puppet.  They’ll design the personality, appearance, and voice of their new “best friend”, and learn to act with their best friend in mini-scripts, jokes, and snippets.  In addition to a wide range of fun drama activities, all campers will learn and rehearse puppet techniques that will be performed for you at their end-of-camp Big Show. Full and Extended Day campers have the opportunity to act in a longer scripted play in the afternoons. Camp will be broken into groups of 6-8 and 9-11 year olds. Friday Camp Performances: Half Day Campers 12-12:30; Full & Ext Day Campers 4:30-5:00 PM.

DKI Acting Academy Studio! Ages 11-16 from 9AM-4:00 PM for $225.Our summer studio will develop your creative, investigative, and acting abilities! Find out who did it in the play Murder at Mornington Manor in the mornings. In the afternoons, work in small groups designing your own product or service. Learn the art of persuasion and marketing as you create a TV commercial for your product or service.   You’ll have fun performing both Murder at Mornington Manor and seeing your completed commercial when they’ll be performed for family and friends on Friday from 3:30-4:00 PM!
